Neck Skin Care

A sagging neck is something that comes with age, but there are of course, other factors that can make your skin neck look older before your time. Neck skin care is very important if you want to avoid a double chin and a turkey neck. The sooner you start the better, although is never too late to start taking care of yourself and your neck skin.
The main causes of a sagging neck are:
1 - Solar exposition - Excess of sunbathing dry the skin, destroy collagen and elastin fibers, giving less elasticity to the skin neck.
2 - Being overweight - When you are overweight is easier to accumulate fat under the chin, which will give you a double chin.
3 - Bad food habits - The consumption of foods such as sausages, cakes, biscuits, canned food, food rich in fat, sugar and sodium should be avoided or reduced. Eating this foods could provoke swelling to your body and neck. Is better to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and to drink at least six glasses of water every day.
4- Genetics- If there is a tendency to have a sagging neck in your family is time to start a good neck skin care regime.
